Everything you need to know about our made-to-measure blinds
We manufacture blinds from premium fabrics suited to any room. From blackout materials for bedrooms to moisture-resistant options for kitchens and bathrooms, each fabric is selected for durability and performance. Our range includes thermal, fire-retardant, and child-safe varieties for residential and commercial applications.
Most orders are manufactured and installed within four weeks from your consultation. We understand the importance of quick turnaround, especially for commercial projects. Rush orders can often be accommodated depending on current demand.
We’re here to support you long after installation. If there’s an issue with our product or workmanship, we’ll put it right promptly and professionally. We also offer ongoing repairs and maintenance, so if your blinds or curtains need adjustment or attention in the future, you can rely on us.
All of our work is backed by a 5-year limited guarantee, giving you confidence in both the quality of our products and our installation.
Our warranty applies from the original invoice date and includes:
0–12 months: Full cover for faults due to materials, workmanship, or our installation, including parts, labour, and reasonable call‑out.
13–24 months: Extended cover for defects in materials or workmanship (excluding electronic components, batteries, and environmental effects such as fading or warping).
25–60 months: Limited cover for faults arising from our workmanship or installation only.
The guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, environmental conditions (such as heat, moisture, or sunlight), or issues caused by third-party adjustments.
Where no fault is found, or repairs fall outside the warranty, reasonable call‑out, labour, and parts charges may apply. All repairs or replacements are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
We fit blinds to standard windows, skylights, conservatories, and custom shapes. Our experienced team measures each installation precisely to ensure a perfect fit. Difficult or unusual window configurations are our specialty.
Yes, we offer child-safe mechanisms on all blind types including cordless and motorised options. Safety is built into our design process for residential installations. We comply with all UK safety standards and regulations.
